The program stems from our firm’s commitment to ongoing professional education and lifelong learning and provides our employees with the tools and knowledge to always deliver the best possible service to our clients. Wong Fleming University offers several training programs and opportunities for both our employees & clients.

In-House Training for Attorneys

Wong Fleming has implemented an in-house CLE program for our attorneys. These seminars are taught by various partners and experienced associates in the firm and are on a range of skills-based and substantive topics, including updates in specific practice areas and ethics standards, and overall professional development.

In-House Training for Legal Staff

Our Paralegal Training Bootcamp is an in-house training initiative aimed at enhancing paralegals’ skills through a series of courses led by Wong Fleming Partners and Associates. These courses foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within our firm, invest in the professional growth of our paralegals, and provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding quality service to our clients. The presentations cover substantive areas handled by the firm, practice and procedure, and best practices in managing legal files and working with our clients.

Training for our Clients

All Wong Fleming University seminars are available to our clients and their legal departments. Our training opportunities can be presented to our clients in both live and webinar formats and can be tailored to fit the educational and logistical needs of the client. Additionally, our attorneys regularly collaborate with our clients to participate as co-speakers/panelists at legal conferences and with law schools, bar associations and other institutions of higher education.
