We will personally manage your matters and use local Schomerus attorneys and support staff where necessary.

Our Europe-U.S. Cross-Border Co-Chairmen are Jens Kindt and Dr. Dirk Schwenn. Mr. Kindt is a Partner at Schomerus in Hamburg, Germany. He studied law at the University of Konstanz, the University of Dublin and Hamburg University. He has been admitted to the practice of law in Germany since 2002. Mr. Kindt is a litigator who focuses his litigation practice on commercial law, real estate, transportation and maritime law, and insurance. Dr. Schwenn, who holds a PhD in Law from Bonn University, studied law at the University of Bonn, the University of Berlin and Geneva University and has been admitted to the practice of law in Germany since 2000. Dr. Schwenn is a transactional lawyer and litigator who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate and commercial law, and civil litigation. Both Mr. Kindt and Dr. Schwenn reside and work in Hamburg, Germany.
