Wong Fleming, a national law firm, is proud to announce that Taylor Allyn has joined the firm as an Associate in its headquarters office in Princeton, NJ. Ms. Allyn is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Allyn practiced civil litigation in both state and federal courts, with a focus on business law and shareholder disputes. She has extensive experience drafting pleadings, motions, and responses, overseeing discovery, and reviewing evidence to create litigation strategies. She also gained valuable experience through her work at Southern Legal Counsel and the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, addressing issues such as homeless advocacy, immigration, and the impact of COVID-19 on prisons and detention centers.
At Wong Fleming, Ms. Allyn will be concentrating her practice in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Allyn earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where she also completed a Social Justice Advocacy Concentration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from New College of Florida.
When not practicing law, Ms. Allyn enjoys long-distance running and spending time with her cats.
