Partners Linda Wong and Daniel C. Fleming attended the National Health Law Program (NHeLP) Spring Reception on Monday, May 13, 2024 at The Spiral in the Hudson Yards district of NYC, near Bella Abzug Park. As Ambassadors of NHeLP, Ms. Wong and Mr. Fleming proudly support the organization’s mission to ensure better access to quality health care for underserved communities. The event facilitated networking among individuals committed to advancing health equity.

For over 55 years, NHeLP has fought to protect and improve access to health care for low-income and underserved people in the United States. They are leaders in advancing health rights in policy arenas and enforcing them in the courts, fighting discrimination in health care access. NHeLP believes that everyone should have access to high quality, equitable health care. They enforce health care and civil rights laws; advocate for better federal and state laws and policies; train, support and partner with national, state and local health and civil rights advocates; and use strategic communications to achieve these goals.
