Mehmetali Usta is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating his practice on intellectual property and employment and commercial litigation. He is involved in all stages of litigation matters with the firm.
Mr. Usta has valuable experience in intellectual property and corporate matters, including, conducting client intake, drafting legal documents, performing extensive legal research and analysis, and filing applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His strong background in financial analysis, project planning, and budgeting enhances his ability to navigate complex legal and business issues.
Mr. Usta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Kütahya Dumlupınar University in Turkey in 2007. He later earned a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 2013 and his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School with a Criminal Law Certificate in 2023.
