Robert Crawley is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating his practice on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, as well as commercial litigation.

Mr. Crawley has extensive experience in creditors’ rights and financial services litigation, representing major lending institutions in residential and commercial foreclosure, title disputes, and bankruptcy matters. He has handled high-volume caseloads, particularly in contested foreclosure and quiet title actions, and has litigated in both state and federal courts. Mr. Crawley has handled complex legal issues such as FDCPA compliance, commercial collections, and adversary proceedings. He has also worked as a legal consultant advising small businesses on corporate formation and compliance.

Mr. Crawley earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, summa cum laude, from Rider University. He earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
