Capalbo, Joseph A.

Joseph A. Capalbo is an Associate in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office, concentrating his practice on Commercial Litigation, and Employment and Labor Law.

Prior to joining Wong Fleming, Mr. Capalbo worked as a regulatory compliance officer, specializing in pharmaceutical compliance within a health and life science service company. Additionally, he served as a Law Clerk for two New Jersey law firms in Landlord/Tenant matters and Workers’ Compensation matters. Mr. Capalbo has also engaged in pro-bono legal work through his roles at the COVID-19 Legal Research Project and the Pennsylvania Innocence Project. He is well-versed in various areas of law, including privacy laws, compliance, landlord-tenant law, contract drafting, workers’ compensation law, and liability cases.

Mr. Capalbo earned his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science with Magna Cum Laude honors in Political Science and History from Rutgers University.
