Taylor Allyn is an Associate the Firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office. Ms. Allyn’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, as well as commercial litigation. She has extensive experience drafting pleadings, motions, and responses, overseeing discovery, and reviewing evidence to create litigation strategies.
Prior to joining Wong Fleming, Ms. Allyn practiced civil litigation in both state and federal courts, with a focus on business law and shareholder disputes. She also gained valuable experience through her work at Southern Legal Counsel and the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida, addressing issues such as homeless advocacy, immigration, and the impact of COVID-19 on prisons and detention centers.
Ms. Allyn earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where she also completed a Social Justice Advocacy Concentration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from New College of Florida.
