CEO and Partner, Linda Wong, on March 14, 2022, presented at an Allstate seminar, “Break the Bias – Women’s History Month.”  Around 480 employees of Allstate attended the presentation, which received great feedback.   The attendees heard from two partners at women-owned law firms on how they started their businesses, how bias has impacted their business, the measures taken by the firms to promote work/life balance and how in-house counsel can assist women-owned law firms in providing opportunities.
