Wong Fleming is pleased to announce that Shahzad Qadri has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Roster of Arbitrators. AAA arbitrators are trained to resolve disputes with fairness and skill, with an eye towards time- and cost-efficiency. They are also bound by AAA’s established standards of behavior and ethics to be fair and unbiased.

The AAA, founded in 1926, provides alternative dispute resolution services, including arbitration and mediation, to individuals and organizations throughout the United States. Its National Roster of Arbitrators is composed of highly accomplished professionals, including former judges, attorneys with deep subject-matter expertise, and business leaders. To be selected, arbitrators must meet stringent ethical and professional standards, demonstrate extensive legal or industry experience, and commit to ongoing education in dispute resolution best practices.
