Dafney Dubuisson Stokes Awarded the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel 2024 Diversity Award

We are thrilled to announce that Dafney Dubuisson Stokes, along with Kelly Brilleaux of Irwin Fritchie, has been honored with the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel 2024 Diversity Award.

Dafney’s exceptional dedication and relentless efforts throughout the year embody the spirit of the organization’s Diversity Statement and to expanding the mandate of inclusiveness within the legal profession. Dafney has taken on numerous roles, including as a Vice Chair of the Membership Development Committee, helping organize and host the inaugural FDCC Diversity Dinner at this year’s Winter Meeting, a speaker on the FedSpeaks podcast episode “How FDCC Members Get It Done” and co-host of the FDCC Speaks podcast entitled “Why DEI?: Exploring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Today’s Legal Landscape” with fellow FDCC member Carolyn Ramos of YLAW, P.C., and is a graduate of the 2023 FDCC Ladder Down Program, a professional leadership and business development program aimed at empowering women in the legal industry.
